Education of Service Provider

10 to 40 hours of in-service and training consisting of course outline, skills checklist, and clinical hours prior to delivery of client care.

Duties and Responsibilities

Live In Caregiving services are provided by a Personal Care Assitant or a Homemaker Companion depending on the level of care required. The selected staff will assist in providing nursing care by performing simple unskilled tasks from a written assignment sheet. The selected staff member is responsible to the RN case manager and ultimately to the administrator of ADL Supportive Home Care.

Activities May Include:
